What is your Shipping policy?

Shipping time may vary due to Australia Post delivery zones and does not include order processing time.


All orders are processed Monday to Friday prior to 3pm(excluding public holidays) 


You will be notified via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched, in some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped.


To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Care team as soon as possible

Free Shipping is available on all orders over $100.

What is your return policy?

Elevate Fitness Gear offers you a 30-day Returns Policy within Australia on goods that are unused and in a saleable condition.  If you believe the goods to be faulty, please read our Faulty Items section below.


To return your product and obtain a refund, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Please fill in this Support form and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

  2. Please note that all products must be in an undamaged, unworn condition with all packaging, labels & product swing tags attached for you to be able to return them.

  3. In the interests of hygiene, returns may not be accepted where it is obvious the items have been worn and may be sent back to the customer.

  4. Once we receive your returned goods, we’ll send you an email informing you they have arrived safely. Our Returns Team will then inspect all returns to ensure they are in an undamaged condition.

  5. Our Returns Team will then process the refund, minus any shipping costs, as soon as possible.  Please allow approximately 15 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

What are the payment options?

We accept all credit cards and PayPal payments also for your convenience you can pay using AfterPay

Do you sell gift cards?

We do! simply click on the gift card link at the top of the page and you will be able to select the amount of the gift card you wish to purchase, also great news, our gift cards don't have an expiry date, so if you happen to find one stashed away somewhere, it's still good

What is your return policy on faulty goods?

We are committed to providing you with quality products.  In the unlikely event that you believe the goods to be faulty, please contact us at elevatecheergear@gmail.com and one of our friendly team will do what they can to assist while we assess the item.


You are entitled to a credit or refund if a product is found to have a major manufacturing fault.
